High Visibility Safety Apparel (HVSA), often shortened to just "Hi-Viz" or "Hi-Vis," includes a range of apparel options made from bright, technical fabrics that are highly visible in various backgrounds. The most common colors are fluorescent yellow/green and orange and include retroreflective taping accents for an additional level of visibility that reflects light back towards its source.

LIFT Safety Hi-Viz apparel is ANSI Class 2 certified, which means each item meets the reflective clothing standards established back in 1999 (and updated in 2010) by ANSI. For a clothing item to achieve Class 2 certification, it must use a minimum of 775 square inches of safety yellow or orange material combined with at least 201 square inches of retroreflective striping material. By pairing bright colors with highly reflective materials, the result is a much higher level of visibility across various environments and light conditions.
