A set-up fee covers the creation of the necessary art plate or screen for printing your logo, as well as the time spent by our specialists in creating digital art proofs. Please note that this is a one-time fee
(per logo) charged on your first order only.

We prefer vector files such as AI or EPS, but we can also work with PDF, SVG, or JPEG files and other clear image formats.

Let us know your Pantone colors and we can transfer your logo using your brand colors. If you prefer screen print, we can custom color
match your logo colors.

We are limited to 4 colors when we pad print, and currently do not offer gradients/fades.

Production times vary, and we do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. You will receive an order confirmation that will state the estimated number of business days that it should take to print your logo products.

Please contact customer service or your dedicated sales representative for current lead times. A quoted lead time assumes
that your account is in good standing.

Customers with sensitive deadlines and/or a specific in-hands date should contact your territory sales manager before you place your order. A rush fee may be applicable for orders with sensitive deadlines.

We can print up to 4 colors, per each side of your hard hat.

You have 24 hours to make changes to your logo order after you receive your order confirmation. After 24 hours no changes will be accepted.

Print fees apply to shipments sent to a single location. Multiple locations require separate orders, and they cannot be combined for free freight or lower pricing tiers.
