"Not a huge fan of the design they’re comfortable but the snaps ware out too quick had to replace many times. I’ve got a plastic hard hat thats never failed for 30$, however this 300$ one needs a suspension every 3 months"

Suspension is terrible
"I just dropped $166 on this hard hat today and 2 out of the 6 clips won’t stay locked in. Then I read these reviews and people have been complaining about this for over a year. Seems like a simple fix. Every other hard hat I’ve worn for the last 23 years has figured this out. Why has this not been addressed and fixed?!? It’s a known issue. Returning tomorrow and going back to my old brand. Unacceptable."

Suspension problem needs to be addressed
"The hard hats are cool but should cost a quarter of the price. I've bought three now and the suspension just falls out. That's more than $500 in hard hats that end up being unsafe in 2 months or less. Something has to be done about this immediately"
