Please allow 2 to 3 business days for handling, in most cases we will ship your order same day or the following business day.
Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:30 pm PST, usually ship the same business day. LIFT Safety customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped. The entire order will be shipped together, when possible.
In some instances shipping partial orders will occur, you will be notified of backorder status and have the option to cancel the remaining order or wait for it to come back into stock and shipped.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
LIFT Safety ships via ground using UPS as it's carrier to the continental United States. Estimated transportation times are below (NOTE: ground service is not guaranteed).
Our warehouses are located in California and Wisconsin, in some instances your order may not be shipped from the nearest location.
California: 1-2 business days
Western US: 2-4 business days
Midwest: 3-5 business days
Eastern US: 5-7 business days
Business day means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve (added), Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING REQUESTS
LIFT Safety offers expedited shipping services. Air service orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST and will be shipped same day, pending availability. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.

Shipping policy as of 01/24/19 for our distributors and dealers, we will enforce new minimum order amount below.
Backorders of $25 or less will be added to the customer’s next order and will not be shipped separately, or canceled if the customer chooses.
