PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 2 to 3 business days for handling, in most cases we will ship your order same day or the following business day. 

SHIPPING SCHEDULE

Monday - Friday
8:00 am –  2:30 pm PST
All orders placed after 2:30 pm PST will not ship until the following business day.

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders for in-stock items placed before 2:30 pm PST, usually ship the same business day.  LIFT Safety customers will receive an email notification with tracking information once their order has shipped.  The entire order will be shipped together, when possible. However, we do send partial shipments when items are on backorder.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

LIFT Safety ships via ground using UPS/DHL/FedEx as its carriers to the continental United States. Estimated transportation times are below (NOTE: ground service is not guaranteed).
 
California:           1-2 business days
Western US:       2-4 business days
Midwest:             3-5 business days
Eastern US:        5-7 business days
 
Business day means Monday through Friday, except the following holidays: New Year’s Eve, New Year's Day, Thanksgiving Day, the day after Thanksgiving, Fourth of July, Christmas Eve (added), Christmas Day, Labor Day and Memorial Day.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING REQUESTS

LIFT Safety offers expedited shipping services. Air service orders must be placed before 10:00 am PST and will be shipped same day, pending availability.
